Open up a room with a décor trendy barn door, painted with Americana Decor® Chalky Finish™.

SUPPLIES

• sandpaper
• painter's tape
• clean cloth
• household cleaner
• medium brush
• glass panel barn door
• wax

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wipe the door clean with a household cleaner and cloth.

2. Use painter's tape to mask off the glass panels.

3. Use a medium brush to paint the door in Bestow. Let dry completely. Use wax to rub over areas where you'd like Bestow to show through.

4. Use a medium brush to apply the next color, Vintage. Let dry completely. Use sandpaper to reveal the basecoated color (Bestow). This will give the barn door a worn, vintage look.
