    • glass ivy bowl
    • paintbrushes
    • wire ornament tree

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Glue three wooden beads to a small wooden disc base and allow to dry.
    2. Instruction #1
    3. Paint the entire balls and base surface in White.
    4. Instruction #2
    5. Add three Black dots vertically down the middle bead, two eyes, a nose, and five small dots to form a mouth on the top bead. (See photo)
    6. Instruction #3
    7. Using the handle end of a paintbrush, apply White polka dots sparingly in the round to the ivy bowl, creating a snowfall effect.
    8. Instruction #4
    9. Add snowflakes in the round to the Ivy bowl using Indian Turquoise. (This can be most easily done by printing a simple snowflake template, cutting out the one you want to use, and placing it on the inside of the glass and tracing over it.) Add small filler snowflakes using three simple strokes, one straight up and down and two crossing it at an "x".
    10. Instruction #5
    11. To fill the snow globe, place the snowman in the bottom of the ivy bowl; add the small Styrofoam balls that are acting as snow; and place the tiny wire ornament tree. (See photo)
