    • palette or plastic plate
    • tracing paper
    • pencil
    • liner brush
    • 1/2" flat brush
    • unfinished wooden CD crate

    1. Using the 1/2" flat brush, paint front, sides and inside of the crate with Multi-Purpose Sealer. Let dry and follow with a second coat.
    2. Using Hauser Light Green, paint two to three coats on the outside and inside of the crate, letting each coat dry before starting the next coat.
    3. Use tracing and transfer paper to trace designs onto the sides of the crate.
    4. Paint basecoat for flowers and swirls using your choice of colors or match colors to the photo. Paint a second coat for each flower if necessary.
    5. Paint highlights and line details using the liner brush. (See photo for color placement.) Let dry.
    6. Once the crate is dry, seal with two coats of DuraClear Satin Varnish.
