Bring summer all year round with festive canvases using Americana Acrylics and Dazzling Metallics.

SUPPLIES

• transfer paper
• painter's tape
• liner brush
• large flat brush
• canvas
• small flat brush

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Allow paint to dry fully before continuing to next step.

1. Transfer the provided pattern onto canvases. With a large flat brush, use Splendid Gold to paint the body of the pineapple. Use small flat brush for pineapple top.

2. Use blue tape to tape every other line. Use a large flat brush and Sea Breeze to paint the stripes. Use the small flat brush to paint narrow areas around pineapple top.

3. Transfer the inside pattern of the pineapple onto canvas. Paint the criss cross lines in Sea Breeze with a liner brush.

4. Tape off every other vertical line. Use the Splendid Gold and large flat brush to paint stripes. Use smaller brush to work around flamingo body.

5. Paint the flamingo with small flat brush, a liner brush, and Electric Pink.

6. Transfer or refer to pattern for details of flamingo. With a liner brush and Titanium White, paint on wing, eye, and back area of beak. Add Electric Pink on beak. Then add lamp black to tips of beak and the eyeball.
