This holiday wall accent combines decoupage with bright seasonal colors of Americana® Multi-Surface Acrylics.

SUPPLIES

• water container
• palette or plastic plate
• paper towels
• scissors
• ruler
• 1" flat brush
• burlap
• #10 flat brush
• artist printer's tray
• thick white glue
• scrapbooking paper or printed from designs found online
• scrapbooking embellishments

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES:

Let dry completely between painting steps.

1. Using a 1” flat brush, paint the larger parts of the tray Red Barn.
2. Using a #10 flat brush, paint the smaller areas with two coats of Red Barn.
3. Find “12 days of Christmas” images online and print off. (Or use scrapbooking paper.)
4. Measure the rectangular spaces and cut out the paper/designs for all 12 spaces.
5. Using a #10 flat brush, apply Matte Decou-Page into one section at a time; place paper down into section; and brush Decou-Page on top to seal.
6. Add scrapbooking embellishments and burlap with craft glue.
