Vintage Style World Traveler Case

Update an old suitcase into modern storage with an antiqued vibe with Americana® Decou-Page™ .
SUPPLIES
- water container
- palette or plastic plate
- paper towels
- scissors
- 3/4" flat brush
- assorted scrapbook paper
- suitcase
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTES:
Let dry completely between painting steps.
- Using a 3/4" flat brush, paint the suitcase with two coats of Snow White.
- Place the suitcase over the striped scrapbook paper and trace the shape with a pencil. Use scissors to cut it out. (Cut it slightly inside the traced lines,) Use a 3/4" flat brush and Antique Decou-Page to adhere the striped paper to the front and back sides of the suitcase.
- From the travel-themed scrapbook paper, cut small squares and rectangles. Use a 3/4" flat brush and Decou-Page to begin randomly adhering them in place on all sides of the suitcase.
- Dip the cap from the Burnt Umber bottle into the paint and blot on a paper towel.
- Randomly place "rings" throughout the case with the bottle cap.
